At PERLA, many of our pieces are made-to-order. Because of this, we currently do not offer refunds or returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@per-la.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
Sizing exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.
